Nature is a part of God's creation. The other shape of God that is sarguna, manifest, is not only in humanity alone, it is in the entire nature and universe. It is revealed in various hues and colors, the environment and the aroma of nature, in the singing birds and the blooming flowers. His entire creation, including nature, is a broad term for the environment. Why are we unable to preserve our environment? The answer is--------------------------------------------
1. The earth is denuded of its forest cover.
2. Our water resources are depleted due to over-harvesting.
3. The atmosphere is overloaded with heat-trapping gases from our different modes of transport, industries, and power units.
4. A smoky haze of pollution envelops our skyline;
5. Our life-sustaining rivers, and water resources, are polluted with industrial waste.
6. Human trash is impacting our lakes, streams, ponds, and rivers;
7. Marine life is under threat due to the acidification of oceans;
8. The glaciers, our main water resources, are melting due to global warming.
