From the seed sprouts life, the plant  grows  and yield flowers

The flowers bloom and yield new seeds, wither 

And go back to soil as food for new life.

'Without mud  and water and sunlight ,' a flower can't bloom,

Without dark-down night  flowers  can't be groomed

 Can't  be   fragrant   and  can't  gain beauty

Then why  do we  fear  in the time of adversity ?

In the sink of suffering, we sink quite easily

we feel stressed and heart-broken quite unnecessarily

See the nature, suffering and blooming 

Learn from them  the constant  grooming .
