Recipe of Chai
- Bring 1-2 cups water to a boil.
- Add 1 pinch cardamom seeds.
- Add 1-2 tsp tea leaves.
- Let it seep for a minute, add 1 tsp lemon juice if you want.
- Top with saffron or cinnamom stick
- Serve hot.
