The Earth is strewn with uneven pieces of stones and concrete, hills and mountains, and thorny bushes. But it has another face too. It has trees laden with fruits, beautiful flowers,  beautiful beaches, and so many beautiful sights that rejoice us. It is up to us, how much we enjoy them. In fact, it's not easy to look on the brighter side of things but eternal optimism can help us a lot to handle a 'negative event'. Success and failure are two sides of one coin. Never take success to your head and never take your failures to your heart. Whenever you feel fired, try to bounce back, find resilience, keep on motivating you, make your failures your learning experiences, and identify the things you want to but either you ignored them, you were lacking ability or you did not try for it. Imagine yourself standing among competitors, soon you will realize that you are just a little speck in comparison. Immediately throw yourself into the next task. Assess your strengths and weaknesses, and put in hard work If you are finding yourself in a pressure-cooker situation, stay cool and make decisions with a calm head. Hold on to the baseline like a tennis game. Force your destiny to retreat you.
                     Who does not know  Charlie Chaplin ? he had a traumatic and distressful childhood. His mother was sent to a mental hospital and his father died. He raised himself as the biggest comedian of the silent era.
                     Karsan  Bhai Patel used to make detergent powder in the backyard of his house in Ahmedabad and used to carry out 
door-to-door selling it. His product became a famous brand, ' Sabkee Pasand Nirma'. our former Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh belonged to a poor village, faced the lack of basic amenities, and studied hard in candlelight, but never cursed his fate and came out with a bright future.
Truly said, " When life gives you lemons, make lemonade."
