  From the seed sprouts life, the plant grows and yields flowers                            The flowers bloom and yield new seeds,                       wither a nd go back to the soil as food for new life.                                                                                                                        [2] 'Without mud  and water and sunlight,' a flower can't bloom, Without dark-down nights  flowers  can't be groomed  Can't  be   fragrant   and  can't  gain beauty Then why do we fear in the time of adversity?                          [3] In the sink of suffering, we sink quite easily we feel stressed and heart-broken quite unnecessarily See nature, suffering and blooming  Learn from them the constant grooming. ===============================================                                                                                         by: Nirupma Garg
